Commercial Entrance Addition in Whitestown, IN
AJC General Contracting has completed the exterior of an entrance addition for Indy Pro Graphix. The enclosed entrance creates space for the next phase of the office and lobby renovation.
Exterior complete. The separately approved interior renovation is scheduled to begin October 19, 2026.
A new exterior for the existing entrance
The entrance bump-out brings the former covered entry into the building. AJC’s exterior phase included framing and the exterior wall assembly, reinstalling the existing windows and entry door, and finishing the addition with metal siding that matches the building.
- Wall framing, sheathing and moisture protection for the entrance addition.
- Existing windows and door reset within the new exterior wall.
- Insulation and electrical work included in the entrance phase.
- Matching metal siding, beam wrap, and a seamless gutter and downspout.
The completed exterior and the upcoming interior work are separate project phases. The new lobby finishes are part of the approved interior renovation described here.
